In the next couple of days, I will be celebrating the 100th post on my other blog:
Mangia, Mangia…No Talk!!!
I am not using this platform to promote my other blog, but merely to point out that an achievement will be celebrated soon. This accomplishment took 679 days; or 1 year, 10 months and 10 days… quite a few recipes, many pictures taken while my family waited to eat, until I took the perfect one.
One hundred posts is a big deal – I feel that I took my time to get here, and that I should have reached this milestone a lot earlier. Nevertheless, a milestone is a milestone and my pace was a choice, or a result of my lifestyle – regardless of how I wrote 99 posts or the number of days it took me to write the 99 posts, I am at the eve of a wonderful accomplishment.
Mangia, Mangia…No Talk; is my little corner, similar to the corner in my very tiny kitchen, where I prepare meals to feed my family, nourish them, and ultimately do the same to all who visit me and my blog.
679 days – how do you measure a 100th post – I hope that it is evident by my hard work, my exuberance to share good home cooked meals , and like my son always reminds me …he always tastes the love!
